Cosmetic Dentist Marlon Smith, DDS
Dr. Marlon Smith graduated from the University of Oklahoma School of Dentistry in 1986.
He completed a 1 year general residency at Oklahoma Children's Memorial Hospital in Oklahoma City. He was exposed to multiple disciplines including orthodontics, oral surgery, children and geriatric dentistry, and hospital dentistry provided under general anesthesia.
Later Dr. Smith worked for the US Army at Fort Bliss, Texas where he received experience in a clinic that provided specialty care in endodontics, orthodontics, oral surgery, and periodontal surgery.
Dr. Smith has extensive experience in implant dentistry, orthodontics, and cosmetic dentistry, including porcelain veneers.
Dr. Smith is a member of the following professional organizations:
- American Dental Association
- California Dental Association
- Sacramento District Dental Society
and is actively involved in continuing education in order to keep abreast of the latest techniques in dentistry.
